Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At 417 Dragonfly Esthetics, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. To respect both my time and other clients needing appointments, the following policies are in place: • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. • Clients may reschedule appointments up to 2 times before a deposit is required for all future bookings. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • No-shows are subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled appointment.
